Whatever name you call it, this plant has four season appeal. In the winter, the limbs turn red. In the spring and early summer, the newest leaves turn salmon pink, while the remainder of the foliage is variegated green and white. Depending on the availability of water, this willow normally grows from 4 to 6' in height and width, and sometimes even larger.
